Registering for Housing, Meals, and Concerts

You can register your participants for housing, meals, and concerts by going to their individual page, found by clicking their name in the left menu.

Registering for Housing

  1. Go to a participant's page by clicking their name in the left menu. Click the (edit) link next to Housing and Meals.
  2. Select the participant's age in the participant age drop-down menu.
  3. Select which days you want Housing and meals in the table.
  4. Skip the room key field for now, and select the "Include Linens" checkbox if you want linens in your room.
  5. Select the floor you want from the drop-down menu. An image of the floor plan of that floor will appear on the right.
  6. Select the room you want. Up to two participants may register for a room. If only one participant registers for a room, then you will pay the single room rate. If two participants register you will pay the double room rate. If both of the participants registering for a room are controlled by you, you can select the room from the list and press the "Save Housing and Meal Package" button at the bottom.
  7. If you wish to share a room with a participant that is not controlled by your account, you will have to exchange a room key. The first person to register for a room will be given a "room key" that you must enter into the room key field to register for the room.

Registering for Concert Tickets

  1. Go to a participant's page by clicking their name in the left menu. Click the (edit) link next to Concert Tickets.
  2. Select each night you wish to purchase tickets for by checking the boxes.
  3. Select the participant's age from the drop-down menu.
  4. If the participant is a performer, select the "Is performer" checkbox.
  5. Click the "Edit Concert Package" button.
